Termination by Whage FZE

  • Breach of terms or non-payment
  • Illegal or prohibited activities
  • Security or compliance violations
  • Immediate termination for cause

Post-Termination Obligations

Data Handling

Secure data deletion after 90-day retention period

Final Payments

Settlement of all outstanding fees and expenses

Confidentiality

Ongoing confidentiality obligations remain in effect

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Courts: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

Language: All legal proceedings shall be conducted in English or Arabic as determined by the court.

Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations.

Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation.
